dronelvexagency provides financial auditing services including but not limited to internal audits, external audits, and tax audits. Our services are designed to assist businesses in South Africa with financial compliance, risk management, and process improvement.

3. Client Responsibilities

In order for us to provide our services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information as requested
  • Cooperate with our staff and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Grant access to necessary documents, systems, and personnel
  • Pay agreed fees according to the payment schedule
  • Review and implement recommendations at their discretion

4. Professional Standards

We conduct our auditing services in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and the relevant standards and regulations applicable in South Africa. We maintain professional independence and objectivity in all our engagements.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
  • As required for the performance of our services (such as with service providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of dronelvexagency or our content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. Our audit methodologies, processes, and report templates are proprietary and may not be used without our permission.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be as agreed upon in the engagement letter or contract. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged where applicable
  • Expenses incurred in providing our services may be charged additionally

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dronelvexagency will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold dronelvexagency harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions apply for the duration of our service relationship. Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in the engagement letter or contract. Provisions related to payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
